Despite initial plans, the 2010 Melton North PSP’s community and open space facilities are yet to be built, despite housing growth. The 2017 amendment mentioned a ‘200 occupied dwellings’ provision, but the latest data shows almost 1,300 properties, largely by young families. Although council has collected infrastructure contributions, there are no signs facilities will be built soon.
